03 / A CENTRAL ELEMENT

Dan bestowal

shou dan · 授丹

Dan, often translated as “inner elixir,” is a term from Daoist inner-alchemy traditions. At Rebirth-X, Zhen Yi leads shou dan as a central part of the three-day experience.

Within this tradition, the rite is understood as an experiential starting point for further practice. Experiences vary, and some participants feel nothing dramatic.

It is not medical treatment, scientific proof or a guarantee of a particular state.

04 / THE SHARED TABLE

Around the shared table.

Preparing food, filling a plate and sharing a meal are part of life here, alongside the formal sessions.
