A place to practise, and people to share it with.
In Hua Hin, Rebirth-X brings learning, practice and everyday moments together: a conversation, a shared meal, time to pay attention.
Come a little closer ↓
Room for conversation.
Around a table or between sessions, there is space for questions, listening and laughter.

Learn. Try. Ask.
Teaching, movement and seated practice give you something to explore for yourself, with time for questions along the way.

Dan bestowal
shou dan · 授丹Dan, often translated as “inner elixir,” is a term from Daoist inner-alchemy traditions. At Rebirth-X, Zhen Yi leads shou dan as a central part of the three-day experience.
Within this tradition, the rite is understood as an experiential starting point for further practice. Experiences vary, and some participants feel nothing dramatic.
It is not medical treatment, scientific proof or a guarantee of a particular state.
Around the shared table.
Preparing food, filling a plate and sharing a meal are part of life here, alongside the formal sessions.

A quieter moment.
A practice room, an evening courtyard, hands on the guqin. Another side of life at Rebirth-X.

What should I confirm before visiting?
